Senior Specialist with German

Due to increased business, a leading organisation based in Wroclaw is currently seeking a Senior Specialist with German to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity, for someone with fluent German language skills, to join a successful and growing business.
Place of Work: Wroclaw (Poland).
Job Type: Full Time.
Major Responsibilities:
-Advising users on issues like navigation, tasks completion, sources of data, process workflow, instructions and responsibilities, process milestones, key policies and sources of further information.
-Escalating queries and issues which can’t be solved and keep the end-user informed of progress,
-Production of report metrics supporting performance.
Requirements:
- Very good oral and written German language skills;
- Good English skills;
- 2 or 3 years work experience in HR / Recruitment Area;
- Good organization, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent customer handling skills;
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from different countries and cultures;
- Good relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a virtual Area team;
- The ability to learn fast and effectively apply knowledge gained.
