Currently we are looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant for Russian payroll who would like to
work in Katowice:

SAP HR Consultant for Russia

Location: Katowice

Job description:

SAP HR Consultant will be responsible for:
• acting as a SAP HR Champion for Russia.
• consultancy, support and training to internal team members as well as for external clients
• interacting with a broad range of teams in order to provide a high level technical support within SAP HR system for Russia
• implementation projects on NorthgateArinso SAP HR platform which includes supporting live systems
• proactively follows up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to the assigned country (Russia) from receiving the request to providing the final answer to the customer

Requirements:

• very good written and oral communication skills in Russian
• good communication skills in English (Polish will be an advantage)
• good knowledge of payroll and time administration for Russia (including business processes)
• SAP knowledge of HR module for Russia will be an advantage
• ability to work permanently in our Katowice office (including business travels to Russia)
• analytic and solution-oriented work
• good computer skills including MS Office (advanced Excel is a plus)
• supposed starting month – October/November 2013
