Opis stanowiska:
Practical skills:
- Administration and configuration of SAP
- Knowledge of the functionality of ERP systems in particular, SAP
- Knowledge of accounting (very good for SAP FI specialist).
- Basic knowledge of the manufacturing company
- Modeling, description, implementation of business processes
- Programming (for ABAP programmer)
- Knowledge of the process of change management
- Knowledge of testing techniques
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of system analysis
- Computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Visio)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business process analysis and support: Applying new business processes to SAP system
- Preparation of documentation and descriptions of business processes
- Usage of applications designed to illustrate and describe the processes and to analyze data (Excel, Visio)
- Support business users to analyze data (data mining)
- Support business processes (analyze process operation correctness in SAP system).
- Define master data input rules.
- SAP Configuration management: Configure SAP - preparation of models / prototypes of business solutions in the SAP system and testing before deployment, configuration changes, moving between testing and productive environment
- Programming in SAP (only for ABAP programmer): preparation of reports, programs and applications that are compliant with the requirements of business and user requirements
- SAP Change management: Coordination / management of change in the SAP system - to monitor changes and changes in the SAP system subject to internal procedures
- Creating documentation / manual SAP - documenting changes introduced in the SAP system changes, update existing system documentation,
- Preparation of instructions for users of SAP in English / Polish
- Conduct SAP training
- Small SAP/IT project management: planning tasks for the implementation of new SAP solutions, organizing meetings, scheduling of tests, supervising the implementation of the project
- SAP Incident management: Solving SAP users questions on the processes and reports in the system
- Analysis and resolution of system errors - the use of available system tools and for analysis and repair errors in SAP
- Analysis and explanation of users' queries SAP - SAP to use available tools and tools to analyze and explain the questions users
- Cooperation in international team (Germany, Japan) in English language
- SAP Request fulfillment: Creation of validations and substitutions according to users' needs
- Customization of permissions for the requirements of SAP users
- Creating and maintaining interfaces between SAP and other systems
- SAP security management: SAP user authentication and authorization management
Scope of responsibility on this postion:
- Responsibility for secure authorization settings in SAP
- Responsibility for secure and correct business process configuration settings in SAP
- Responsibility for system settings, that make it able to perform correct operation financial processes / logistics / manufacturing / warehouse
- Following and realization Company Policy requirements
- Following Work Regulations
Requirements:
- At least two years experience within SAP system
- Higher education (preferable IT or economic profile)
- Knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing company would be na advantage
- High analytical skills, problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- English language allows for reading technical documentation and working in a international team
