The SAP Security Subject Matter Specialist for Portal content- and -transport management will play a key role within the SAP Centre of Excellence Security Management Team by providing detailed 2nd and 3rd Level support on a daily basis for problem and change tickets in an operational support environment. Some project work maybe required at times. The Security SME has to follow the ABC security concept and procedures.

The role requires a strong understanding of information security management principles and SAP application security support methodologies and best practices. The SAP Security Specialist must also possess strong analytical skills and have a desire to work in an extremely detail oriented position. A commitment to customer service is essential and the candidate must have a sense of urgency, but should not compromise accuracy for expediency.

An exceptional level of communication is required for liaising with management teams, project teams and end users on an ongoing basis, as well as the ability to work under pressure. The SAP Security & Authorisation Specialist will report into the Security Team lead.

Further responsibilities are: act as SAP Security Subject Matter Specialist for SAP Portal; responsible for the architecture of the SAP portal and provide guidelines in the development; act as SAP Security Advisor to the Portal Content Design Authority and Management; act as technical analyst in the design of requirement s for SAP Portal role as well as act as quality reviewer for technical documentation.

Wymagania:

• The candidate has a solid experience in role building in SAP Portals.
• Further desirable skills are: SAP user administration for mySAP-solutions main focus on SAP Portal; NetWeaver Portal Content Management; SAP Authorizations Concept Management; sap role modelling within the scope of a defined change management process; security design und implementing;
• 2nd and 3rd level support for ABC Europe for sap portal roles & security; incident- and problem management for all portal issues; root cause analysis for SAP portal content and Security ;
• Perform analysis of requirement with Senior Management of roles requirements and translate them into design specification documentation; experience in working in a multicultural environment operating from Germany; experience of working in a IT operations environment; experience of handling Tickets;
• Experience of drafting SAP security standard documentation; experience of drafting operating procedures for SAP Security and user administration; experience of drafting technical documentation and guidelines for portal; experience of acting as quality reviewer of documentation drafted by other members of the third line;
• As deputy act as technical advisor to the Design Authority on SAP Portals: Portal transport management and user management; knowledge and experience in the Design of portal layout; experience in the customization of the SAP Portal business package.
• Fluency in German as well as in English is also required.
