Managing a large-scale multi projects through each phase of their lifecycle and producing deliverables from a SAP perspective. An exceptional level of communication is required for liaising with business stakeholders, project and operational teams on an ongoing basis to ensure smooth and effective transition of SAP projects into a steady state support function

Based in Berlin, the role incumbent is supporting successful delivery of SAP Business /IT integration initiatives for rolling in countries or other SAP projects. The European SAP Integration Management Expert will report into the SAP Integration Manager.

Wymagania:

• The SAP Integration Management Expert will be responsible for the project management tasks which are necessary to ensure an effective transition from SAP projects into steady state support. The Expert will also be responsible to support the SAP Integration Manager in keeping the SAP Management team updated on all ongoing project activities and will liaise with the project to get the Design Authority and Business Process Management linked to the project contacts. The candidate will also support in the project management activites for cutover of the projects. The planning, tracking and reporting of the cutover activities will be part of the responsibilities as well as ensuring that SAP and ERP Programme teams complies with ABC’s SAP process and procedure.
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate experience with ERP systems i.e. SAP within large-scale ERP systems implementation projects in multi-site corporate environment.
• The position requires a higher education qualification including experiences in working with ERP environment and past experience with integrating products within SAP on a large scale. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills as well as good project management skills including relationship building skills with customers, colleagues and teams are necessary.
• Fluency in German as well as English is also required.
