HCM Solution Sales Specialist

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The HCM Solution Sales Specialist drives sales with the SAP HCM product offering by positioning the offerings as part of an enterprise solution for clients. The HCM Sales Specialist identifies and qualifies opportunities and develops sales strategy. Also, develops an opportunity plan that contains the value proposition for all data integration and quality solutions and services from SAP® for customers and prospects in the assigned territory. The HCM Sales Specialist works as part of the sales team, and operates independently, as required.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Develop and execute programs to drive the HCM pipeline
- Educate the virtual account team (VAT) about the HCM solution emphasize and its Importance
- Develop with VAT HCM-based sales campaigns
- Run sales cycles on HCM-based opportunities as directed by the regional sales team
- Establish, develop, and expand market share and attain revenue within named accounts
- Lead various sales objectives related to leveraging existing installations of the SAP ERP application via business user solutions and by identifying new business opportunities within named customers
- Develop best practices by securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
- Play a lead role in developing, within established customers of SAP ERP, the go-to-market and sales plan associated with HCM solutions
- Work with the regional sales team to determine the target ratio for developing net new revenue opportunities among inside accounts
- Appropriately expand the bill of material to business users, positioning value for each account based on specific circumstances of each sales team or territory
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Business English
- Native Polish
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Significant years (5 +) experience in Solution Management, Pre-Sales (Solution Sales), Sales, Consulting and / or Business Development roles with large, multi-national software/technology organization
- HCM product experience a must
- SAP HCM product application experience a plus
