Main Activities:
• designing, implementing, developing and supporting high quality SAP business solutions in PA/OM/PAYROLL modules;
• evaluating customers’ business needs, thus contributing to the overall strategic planning of SAP systems facilities and technology;
• work with SAP’s OM, PA, PAYROLL within SAP HR;
• basic knowledge of SAP PY and TM;
• preparation of project documents (business blueprint, test scripts, change requests);
• providing ongoing technical support and advice to Presence of IT’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• gather and analyze business requirements from HR Business Owners (PA/OM/PAYROLL);
• perform functional design and enhancements to existing projects;
• excellent written and oral communication skills;
• perform system configuration for SAP HR (PA/OM/PAYROLL);
• working knowledge of SAP HCM master data in order to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules;
• ensure adherence to change control policies and audit guidelines;
• administer user support documentation and provide training and coaching to end users;
• provide production support for SAP HR by utilizing troubleshooting skills and able to gel with Onsite and Offshore model;
• strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes;
• good understanding of broad business issues;
• flexible ability to either work within a team or to demonstrate leadership qualities to less experienced consultants;
• strong knowledge of Polish law regulations;
• advanced knowledge of English.
