Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related
• At least 6 years of experience in project management in the area of SAP HCM
• Ideally, passed certification e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP)
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP HCM environment required; experience of German payroll accounting is desirable
• Service orientation and distinct engagement in tasks
• Fluent written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to familiarize quickly and thoroughly with complex topics
• Following an analytical, structured and self-responsible way of working
• Willingness to travel for project work

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end management of complex projects and programs for new development, migration, harmonization, standardization, further development and optimization of SAP HCM in cooperation with internals and externals including analysis of business requirements
• Development of business concepts based on customer requirements; feasibility study and functional architecture analysis; development of project teams
• Preparation of project plans and project proposals
• Project management during project preparation, initiation, implementation and finalization, covering project controlling and status tracking including regular communication of project status, escalations and risks to the executives
• Change-, Risk-, Test- und Quality management
• Coordination and control of external project service providers, preparation and execution of workshops, presentations and trainings;
• Project finalization and handing over to maintenance
