Electrolux is currently executing a major implementation and roll-out of the SAP products. The COMPASS (Common Process, Administration and System Standardization) program is an Electrolux group-wide initiative which aims to harmonize transactional processes, across all sectors and regions, covering Finance and Accounting Processes, Sales and Logistic Processes as well as Procurement, Manufacturing and Human Resource & Human Capital Management processes.

Currently we are looking for experienced SAP HR professional who would like to work as HR / HCM Solution Architect within COMPASS solution team in Stockholm.

Key operational responsibilities:

- Enable the implementation of HR / HCM Strategies for Compass and Electrolux based on the current solution, future business requirements and needs

- Lead the creation of the target HR / HCM architecture and roadmap and maintenance of the same

- Support the business requirements analysis for HR / HCM

- Complete HR / HCM “Principles and Guidelines” documentation

- Improve logical reference architecture and complete detailed physical target architecture

- Develop HR / HCM architecture and implement solutions in the context of SAP implementation projects

- Collaborate with engagement teams in developing/enforcing architectural guidelines and standards in the HR / HCM applications environment

- Analyze SAP technology trends and solution offerings

- Plan technical solution upgrades e.g. EHP

- Develop and maintains documentation on HR / HCM application architecture, including standards, processes and guidelines

- Review and approve process for developments and configuration changes

- Responsibility for the Change Control governance and change regulations

Competencies needed:

- SAP HR / HCM skills: total 3-10 years of SAP HCM expertise (Core HR and Payroll, E-Recruiting, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, Performance Management, Talent Management)

- SAP R/3 ECC – an advantage

- HR / Employee Master Data – an advantage

- 3-5 full cycle implementations in addition to integrating, upgrading, customizing, configuring, testing, document preparation, user training and support in SAP HCM

- Project management skills

- Process knowledge of consumer good industries

- Experience with ERP solutions and processes

- Experience with change control procedures

- Understanding of HR business processes

- Lead strategy, design, implementation of solutions

- Design Functional Architecture

- Strong negotiating skills

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in an international environment

- Strong customer and service focus

- Self motivated and delivery driven

- Able and willing to travel as required (mid- and long term up to 50%)

- Availability for out of hours ‘on-call’ duties if exceptionally required

- Fluent English, second language desired (Polish, German or French)
