Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
SAP 2th Line Support with Portuguese
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
Provide SAP FI/CO / SD problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users.
Delivering second line support and providing continuous improvement
Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls
Work closely with help desk peers in cross-training, development/implementation of operational SAP excellence procedures and fostering teamwork.
Takes ownership for listening to and understanding problems and cover gaps
Work closely with I.M. support staff to obtain technical knowledge and to permanently solve chronic problems
Uses relevant information to diagnose and to resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1-2 years in business processes in large organization
SAP FI/CO or SD module experience and knowledge
Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.
Solving problem involving hardware, software, and networks would be beneficial
Fluent command of English
Fluent command of Portuguese
Strong communication skills
